One of the most interesting aspects of choosing an Industrial Engineering degree is the amount of versatility it grants to your career. Let me put that into perspective. In my own batch, one of my classmates is the author of two books while actively working as a consultant at a leading management consulting firm. Another one has taken up football! Several illustrious juniors have also gone on to study for MS in the USA, while others like me are developing their professional experience in respective domains of our choice. From MTech in IIT Madras to Deputy Manager at State Bank of India, our diversity speaks for itself. All of this is only possible due to the VIT IPED experience that embodies versatility. Although it is an engineering degree, it opens doors to sectors that you would normally not get a chance to see upfront. I remain thankful that the degree was up for my choosing at my time, and thank all my wonderful teachers for their guidance along the way.

I spent some of the most memorable years of my Student life at VIT Pune studying Industrial Engineering. One of the few colleges in Maharashtra to offer this Course, VIT offers a lot of opportunities for those willing to learn. We were taught by a dedicated and excellent batch of Professors and in addition to Classroom learning, the Industrial visits to neighboring Industries, as well as Seminars and various extra-curricular events made the learning a fruitful one!
